Products

The Aruba Chamber offers a range of products designed to meet the professional needs of businesses. 

These products can be conveniently ordered in two ways:

  1. By registering or logging into your My Chamber account
  2. By sending an email request to businessinfo@arubachamber.com or kvkreception@arubachamber.com

To purchase a product online, you will need a My Chamber account.

How to Order via My Chamber

  1. Log in to your My Chamber account and go to your dashboard.
  2. Select “View Trade Register”, enter the company name, and choose the desired company.
  3. On the right side of the page, you will find all available products for the selected company.
  4. Select the desired product, click “In Shopping Basket”, and proceed to the shopping cart.
  5. In the “Name on Invoice” field, enter the buyer’s name (this will appear on the receipt).
  6. Click “Pay Immediately” and follow the payment instructions.

Delivery & Payment

  • Once your payment has been processed, most products will be delivered digitally within 24-48 hours.
  • Please note that payments are only accepted in US dollars, and additional bank charges may apply for international transactions.

  • A. Authenticated Extract of Registration (Uittreksel)

    The extract is an official proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce’s Register. It is a summary of the company’s registration data, such as legal entity, its name and address, date of establishment, director(s), and company objectives

  • B. Photo-static Copy of Deed (Statuten)

    The Photo-static copy of deed is only available for corporations, foundations and associations. The Photo-static copy of deed is specifically per business.

  • C. Authenticated Copy of Deed

    The Authenticated Copy of deed (Gewaarmerkt Statuten) is an Authenticated copy of deed that will be verified and stamped for its authentication and signed by the secretary.

  • D. Trade Registry Forms Duplicate

    The Trade Registry Forms Duplicate is a copy of the forms which have been filled out and signed by the authorized person to file a company registration, amendment or cancellation.

  • E. Modification Deed of Incorporation

    The Modification Deed of Incorporation (Statutenwijziging) is only available for corporations, foundations and associations that has had an amendment in their deed of incorporation. The Modification deed of incorporation (statutenwijziging) is specifically per business.

  • F. Prepaid Credits

  • G. Company Details Subscription

    Looking for continuous access to valuable company insights?
    With the Company Details Subscription, you’ll never miss a detail. Choose the plan that suits you best—monthly flexibility or yearly value—and keep company information at your fingertips.

  • H. Historical Extract of a Corporation

    A historical extract of a corporation will include all the details in a current company extract plus any prior details (amendments) relevant to organization.

  • I. Declaration of Good Standing (Verklaring)

    The declaration of good standing states that the company has complied up to the moment of request of the document with his financial obligation to the Chamber, as stipulated in article 15, section 1 of the Trade Registry Ordinance.

  • J. Declaration of Registration (Verklaring)

    The declaration of registration proves that the company is registered and active in the Chamber of Commerce’s Register. It contains the company’s name, address, date of establishment and owner(s)/director(s).

  • K. Branch Lists

    The branch lists contain information about companies that are registered with the Aruba Chamber and that are active and have been registered in a certain month, in a specific industry or sector or all active companies registered with the Chamber. It contains information about the company name, address, telephone, e-mail, fax number, sector and the name of at least one director as registered by an authorized representative of the company.

  • L. Validation of Origin of Certification

    The Chamber can certify the certification of origin distributed by Customs of Aruba, which is necessary to prove the origin of your products.

  • M. Validation of EUR-1

    These are documents certifying the origin of the goods, which are required for export to countries of the European Community.

  • N. Copy of Permit (Economic Affairs)

    Copy of a business license is specifically per business.

  • O. Copy of Financial Statement (For Financial Institutions Only)

    Financial institutions are legally required to file their annual financial statement in the Trade Register, which is available for public viewing.
