I. Declaration of Good Standing (Verklaring)

The Declaration of Good Standing confirms that a company has complied with its financial obligations to the Chamber up to the date of the request, as stipulated in Article 15, Section 1 of the Trade Registry Ordinance.

Procedure

After verifying compliance, the Chamber of Commerce issues the declaration. 

It will be sent to your My Chamber inbox following payment.

The price for a Declaration of Good Standing (Verklaring) is Afl. 15.00. 

The Declaration of Good Standing (Verklaring) will be delivered to your My Chamber inbox once payment is received.
