The organization of the Aruba Chamber of Commerce & Industry
The day-to-day activities of the Chamber are overseen by its Board of Directors, which is composed of nine members. Of these, five represent large businesses with an invested capital of Afl. 100,000 or more, while four represent small businesses.
From the Aruba Chamber’s headquarters at J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 10, Oranjestad, the daily operations are managed by the Executive Director. Acting on behalf of the Board, the Executive Director is entrusted with implementing Chamber policy and directing all organizational activities.
The Aruba Chamber’s operations are structured across five key departments:
- Registers
- Business Information & Support (BIS)
- Secretariat
- Information & Communication Technologies (ICT)
- Financial Administration
Together, these departments form a dedicated team of 21 full-time professionals, including the Executive Director, working to support and advance the interests of Aruba’s business community.
