Foundation Register

Since 1988 the Chamber is empowered by law to manage the Foundations Register. It is mandatory for all foundations constituted according to Aruban law to file registration for public record.

The “Foundations” Ordinance prescribes that the following important and legal information on the foundation be filed:

bulletthe statutory name and the abbreviated name;
bulletthe objectives;
bulletthe address of the foundation;
bulletthe personal data of the members of the board of directors, and
bulleta true copy of the deed of incorporation, bylaws and amendments thereto.
