Sales Forecasting is the projection of an achievable sale revenue, based on historical sales data, analysis of market surveys and trends, and sales persons’ estimates. This is without doubt an interesting and important topic for any business that wants to optimize its sales, costs and profits. 
It forms the basis of a business plan because the level of sales revenue affects practically every aspect of a business.  
 
 During this 4 hour workshop you will learn the following:
Get acquainted with ten different techniques of which one or more can suit your business; 
Create a baseline against which actual data can be measured;
Monitor the gaps between the anticipated (forecast) and the achieved (actual) sales; 
Using forecasting skills and tools to reduce that gap in the next cycle.
