Company updates and cancellation

It is the obligation of register companies to keep company information up-to-date at all times. Updates should be filed in the Trade Registry within 8 days after the occurrence of the change. The official Registry forms are available for download. Inclusively, when a registered company or its branches ceases company operations it is mandatory to file the cancellation of the registration. (Model S). Cancellations duly signed by the directors or authorized persons and filed prior to December 31 (announcement in Papiamento and Dutch) will not be subject to payment of annual dues the following year.
