An extract is a certified document issued by the
Commercial or Foundations Register, containing the most
important and essential details of a registered entity.
Such details as, name of the enterprise/foundation, trade
name if any, registration number, objects, date of
establishment, owner or management and proxies, and capital
(only for corporations). These details of an enterprise may also
be requested by phone, fax or e-mail. |

EUR-1 foms. These
are documents which certify the origin of the goods, and which
are required for export to countries of the European Community. |

you with declarations or letters of recommendation.
Upon request these letters can be issued in Dutch,
English or Spanish, to be used by businessmen both locally and
abroad related to their business interests. |

industry in Aruba; company listings according to type of
activity are available, which include address, phone and
facsimile numbers, contactperson. |
