13^th Annual Business Dinner

On Friday May 26 2006, the 13^th annual business dinner of the Aruba Chamber took place in the Radisson Hotel. Around 230 guests, including his Excellency the Governor of Aruba, Aruba’s Prime Minister Mister Nel Oduber and many other highly respected guests from both the local as well as the international public and the private sector attended. This year’s keynote speaker was Mr. Nout Wellink, President of the Dutch Central Bank.

After Mr Edwin Roos, President of the Aruba Chamber, presented his opening speech, Mr. Nout Wellink gave his disclosure on the importance of confidence with regards to economic development. Afterwards there was the opportunity to ask questions which was well taken advantage of.
